UNIFIED TsUPIS is a credit institution appointed by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, which acts as the Unified Center for Accounting for Transfers of Rates of Bookmakers and Totalizators. The mission of the project is the development of payment and digital services for the regulated entertainment industry in the interests of the state and society.
